Sample Of A Church Programe

a parabolic solar cooker + oven

This summer I made a homemade solar cooker ... good home.
is a parable in a fraction of stainless steel with an area of \u200b\u200b1.4 m2 sunlight reflecting an insulated oven through the glass base that lets accumulated through a trap heat (greenhouse effect).
The kitchen is the height of a conventional countertop oven has 80cm wide which allows the heat source moves into the oven without having to accommodate the kitchen can often cook several meals at once.
surface of 1.4 m2 dish to cook in time to fire even in winter.

Al model lacks a lot but these are some of the rights and wrongs in this phase.

Hits:
have achieved the main objective, functions as a conventional stove. where the focus is fire cooking time (it takes just as if it were on fire from a burner)
is intended to have a stove and oven space for two pizzas,
to have a heat trap, if clouds are continuously cooking food gently.
is possible to cook even when the incidence angle of the sun is low in winter.

Things to improve:
is quite large and could be much lighter, not resolved completely the problem of glare, can be much more economical (cost about 80 dollars) must be protected if the weather keeps the conventional glass used in the early tests pit by the intensity of heat, which requires tempered glass.

This first stage was a functional prototype that I have not worked with design or thought in the same constructive way, if mass-produced.

Public
my experience to inspire others to think better solutions to the same problem.

We can save many trees, save a lot of energy and cook many foods rich!

Bulma And Vegeta Doujinshis

The assault of the Dragon ... (III)

So here I still have a few pairs measures the Dragon. These measures correspond to the night of August 1, 2009. Note that a temperature of 25 º C and a relative humidity of 85% and were on the rise, made this session, something sultry. If to this we add the fact that at one point the telescope went crazy (things electronics and perhaps the humidity ...) and for a long time and jumping around like bulls in rodeos, the result is that this time I could only do 5 shots plus two calibration systems. Few days by others ... it is not normal the other day, 15 pairs plus two calibration in two hours.

begin well ...
Below you will see the trio of AB 2155 STF systems and WAL 79 AD. Comment that for the pair WAL 79 AC measured only three times, the last of them in 1944. We note that occurs with other pairs measured in less than 5 times. The theta and rho measures obtained seem more consistent with the old measures of WDS with the last place ... A real enigma.
Although it is quite common in the lists of historic measures required of the USNO measures are observed to vary between an observer and another .... ... No

-=-= =-=- STF 2155 AB

The following is a list of which I like the Dragon, STF 2180. A couple apretadillo to 3 "apart and with very tight magnitudes of around 8.0.

-=-= STF 2180 =-=-
Date: 2009,582
260.24 (sigma theta: 0.69) Med: 260.15
2.9 (sigma rho: 0.036) Med: 2,897
Deltamed = 0.25

next target. STF 2219. Measured for the last time in 1999.

-=-= STF 2219 =-=-
Date: 2009,582
96.5 (sigma theta: 0.22) Med: 96.45
17,036 (sigma rho: 0.094) Med: 17,047
Deltamed = 1.49

As we have another guest STF 2241, a quadruple system which is an odd trapezoid, with components "AB" of 4.60 and 5.59 magnitudes, spectral types and F8V F5IV and both with high proper motions. Among the main components and "C" we have a big jump of magnitude as the latter rises to 11.4. Also accompanied by a component "D" of magnitude 12.9 and has not been remeasured since its discovery in 1905 ... Well, that until the day August 1, 2009 from which already has a new measurement made from Barcelona.
enclose the POSS plates taken in the years 1953 and 1993 which clearly identified the 4 components: Component

Et Voilà! Here are the measurements with the component "D".

To end with this gem, an updated image of the system.
