Can you believe January is over? Happened so fast and so will the rest of this year as we continue breaking the boundaries of linear time and begin to understand how to manifest what we want. I will share my recent history of protest in my radio show this week, I've been asking for easy access to a yoga studio. And found one! But if it had not been paying attention I would have lost. It requires the application of a higher vibration to use anger constructively, as a vehicle for change. And of course this is the month of Valentine, where we wallow in self pity because we had a relationship for too long or we can set our intention to create one.
The world around us and our individual worlds may seem to be full of angry people this month. Our goal will be to understand that we can be the object of the wrath of someone, but we are not responsible for their feelings, emotions or beliefs. Stay detached, are not allowed to get involved in situations that lead to energies that do not want to join. Be selective with their energy and allow people who are out of your life doing so. This year has to do with the election how we choose to live, who is part of our lives, what kind of energy around us and want to experience it in our reality. Remember that you are powerful and can use the powerful energies of this month to create it. Have a great month!
