Ana Cardenas. Jerusalem, Feb 15 (EFE) .- Two videos of a supposed UFO hovering over the Temple Mount in Jerusalem have caused a furore on the Internet, with millions of viewings and a heated debate about the arrival of aliens to the holy city.
The images show how a ball of white light slowly descends on the Esplanade (third holiest site for Islam), plans for about ten seconds over the golden Dome of the Rock and back up into space at high speed.
"We have delivered the two tapes to a lab and do not want to rule on the veracity of the material until we have the results," said David Ranan, a spokesman for the Israeli Association for Research of UFOs and Extraterrestrials (AURA). Ranan
stresses that "the pictures were taken from different parts of the city by two people who do not know and have no connection between them."
The alleged UFO visit took place on 28 January on the one in the morning.
The videos were posted shortly after the website YouTube, which have fueled a controversy plagued both accusations as outright false claims that this is further proof there is intelligent life outside.
Some students of the paranormal have ensured that it was even produce a "contact", in which unknown creatures have sent a "beacon communicator with an encrypted message to earthlings.
